Poinsettia Wishes Instagram Hop Card- Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps

Hi Crafty Friends!! Over on Instagram I am part of an Instagram Hop for Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps September Release. This release is a great one and has something for all our holiday cards and tags.

I love the new Poinsettia Wishes Stamp and Die Set. It is gorgeous.

I created a background using the Script background stamp with some Distress Spray Stain splatters. I created these with a paint brush so I could control them more easily.

I trimmed this panel and added green ribbon from my stash around my panel before I popped it up on a Fern card base.

I stamped the poinsettias and leaves using two colors of red and green. I used Paper Pouncers so I could create two toned images. These were then die cut. Since I created two each of the poinsettias, I off set them and adhered them together with a foam square.

My sentiment was heat embossed with Gilded embossing powder then die the sentiment was die cut.

I placed my poinsettias and leaves in place and adhered them with liquid glue. For some bling on my poinsettias, I added some gold satin baubles to the centers.

I placed my sentiment in place above a sub sentiment I stamped when I finished my background panel before popping it up on my card base.

I love the dimension on this card from the poinsettias and the ribbon. I am loving ribbon these days as it is a great way to take a card to the next level.

Make sure to go over to the Instagram Hop to see all the inspiration from the Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps Design Team. Thank you so much for stopping by and I will see you next time. Happy Crafting!! April
