Hi crafty friends! I missed a couple months of the Altenew Inspiration Challenge but I am back at it in the new year. I love these challenges as they make me use my products in ways I may not otherwise. Check out this month’s Challenge, here.
Spring is right around the corner and this month’s challenge is all about the wonderful colors of those beautiful spring flowers. I love the pinks for this challenge. I grabbed my floral inspiration right from the challenge photograph. The Feathered Lilies stamp set is the perfect set for this month. All the products used to make this card are linked below.
I used the Mini Blending Brushes to color my stamped and embossed image. These brushes give the smoothest blend that I have found so far. Black splatters always seem to add that little something special to a background panel and it sure did for this card.
I popped my background panel up on a Parchment cardstock card base and love how it pulled the whole card together with that cute little Blush cardstock frame I added over the stenciled image. The Sweet Sentiments Die Set has the best font ever and I love how the black pops off the card. For a little something extra I added a few enamel dots to the card.
