I used the beautiful Flowers in Bloom Stamp Set and Die Set for my card today. I began my card by creating a background panel. I stamped the Delightfully Delicate Background stamp using Flannel Pawsitively Saturated Ink then gently sprayed some Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Spray on the panel. I set this aside to dry.

I stamped and embossed the blooms from the Flowers in Bloom Stamp Set with VersaFine Onyx Black ink and clear embossing powder. This was heat set before I began coloring the image. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color my image. All the colors I used are listed below in the supplies list. I do use Bristol Smooth Cardstock when I color with Zigs. I find I get the best result with this cardstock.

I then die cut the image. I cut a piece of Slate Cardstock to 1/2 x 4″ and mounted it on my background panel. I then popped up the flower bunch with foam squares and mounted it to the background panel. I used a corner rounder to round two opposite corners on both the background panel and the Fruit Punch Cardstock card base.

Then I stamped the sentiment with black ink before adhering the panel to the card base. To add a little bling, I added a few Pearly Pink Baubles to the card.

I love that the rounded corners are a little unexpected and make the card really unique. Thank you so much for stopping by and make sure to head over to Instagram and join the hop.
