Hello crafty friends! Today Sweet N Sassy Stamps has a new digital release and I decided to try the Wildflowers Digital Stamp Set. Wow, I was so impressed and had so much fun trying something new.

From trial and error I know that Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80 lb. cardstock works well with our printer. I used an HP that my husband has in his office. This is a laser printer. I am able to put the cardstock through the front feed tray and it worked just fine.
After I printed the digital stamp set, I colored this flower with Olo Alcohol Markers. I used RV 0.1, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 for the petals on both the large and small flowers. I colored the center with YO 2.5 and 2.7. The few little leaves were colored with G 0.4 and 1.7. I love the Olo Markers as they blend super easy. I don’t usually color on Neenah but they worked great on it. I printed 2 of these out, so I colored the second set of small flowers as well to use on this card.
I ran a piece of 80 lb. cardstock through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting Machine with the Intertwined Lattice Embossing Folder. I do spritz my cardstock prior to running it through the machine as I find I get a better embossed image.
For the sentiment I used two stamps from the Birthday Greetings Stamp Set. I stamped in black ink then heat embossed with clear detail embossing powder.
I cut down my white embossed panel and wrapped it with some pink twine from my stash. I popped the panel up with fun foam on some Fruit Punch Cardstock top fold card base.
Then I took my sentiment and layered it on black cardstock then popped it up with foam squares over the twine. I then adhered the flowers directly to the background panel.
