Hi Crafty Friends! I just finished a fun LIVE over on the Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps Facebook page where I created this fall inspired card. I talk about my love for creating backgrounds right now. Jump over and watch the replay. I also use my very favorite stamp set, Colors of Fall.
**ALL SUPPLIES ARE LISTED BELOW!!**
To create my background I did multiple stamping with the same Distress Oxide color then add some Mica Stain splatters for some added interest. I also added a little ink blending.
I used my favorite alcohol markers, OLO Markers, to color the cone flower.
I show two versions of the card. One with ink blending and one without. This detail is subtle but does make a difference in the overall background panel. Below is the card without the ink blended edges on the background.
