Bugs and Kisses - Altenew Stampwheel and Lawn Fawn Collaboration

Hi Crafty Friends! Today I am part of a great Instagram Hop that is a collaboration between Altenew and Lawn Fawn. These two companies are amazing and I had fun featuring the Stampwheel and creating this bright, fun card.

I used the Stampwheel with the Bugs and Kisses Stamp Set from Lawn Fawn to create a wreath on a piece of 6×6 inch white cardstock. I used a variety of Fresh Dye Inks from Altenew for this card and I think they are perfect for this fun wreath. I did splatter some Liquid Stardust on my panel too.

Once my wreath was complete, I cut a 4×5.25 inch section from the panel. I purposely had the center of my wreath be off to one side on the left. I then layered this panel on an A2 piece of patterned paper from the the Stripes n Sprinkles paper pack.

I stamped several images and my sentiment from the Bugs and Kisses Stamp Set. The sentiment was heat embossed using black ink and clear embossing powder.

I colored all my images using OLO Markers which are my go to alcohol markers. Please see below for which colors I used. I then used the coordinating dies to die cut all my images. My sentiment was die cut using the Everyday Sentiment Banners.

After I colored my mason jar I took the Slimline Grassy Stencil and some Lettuce Celebrate Fresh Dye Ink to add some grass to the bottom of my jar. I used post it tape to mask off around the jar so the grass stayed inside my jar only.

I layered my sentiment on some of the left over patterned paper and popped it up with foam tape. I then popped up my jar and other images where I wanted them. I added a few leaves in the jar as well.

This was adhered to a top fold heavy weight card base.

I love how this card turned out. The Stampwheel allowed me to create an unique background for my jar and bugs. Please make sure to go over to Instagram to join the Hop.
